Quality policy
The Management of SIGNES GRIMALT, S.A. personally assumes responsibility for Quality Management, whose scope is:
“Gift items, handicrafts, decoration, fashion, auxiliary furniture, and kitchen and table accessories made of olive wood,” with the objective of supplying products that fully meet the needs of our customers and internal and external users with maximum efficiency. The quality policy will be reviewed periodically.
Therefore, the quality management system is based on:
- Achieving full and ongoing satisfaction of all our customers by increasing the quality and reliability of our products, services, and processes, thereby securing their loyalty.
- Meeting the expectations of our stakeholders, as well as complying with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Leveraging the company’s human and technical resources for effective management, competitiveness, efficiency, and continuous improvement of the company’s quality management system and its processes.
- Identifying the risks and opportunities that need to be addressed in order to achieve the intended results, enhance desirable effects, and prevent or reduce undesired ones.
- Incorporating climate change considerations into our quality management system, promoting sustainable practices and recycling, and reducing the environmental impact of our operations.
