Quality policy
The Management of SIGNES GRIMALT, S.A, assumes first and foremost responsibility for Quality Management, the scope of which is: "The commercialisation of: Gifts, handicrafts, decoration, clothing, auxiliary furniture and complements for the kitchen and table in olive wood" and aiming to supply products that fully satisfy the needs of our external and internal customers and users with maximum efficiency. This policy will be reviewed periodically through the Management System Review.
Therefore, the Management sets out the following Quality Policy, on which the Quality Management System is based:
- To achieve the full and continuous satisfaction of all our customers, increasing the quality and reliability of our products, services and processes, thus achieving their loyalty.
- To meet the expectations of our interested parties, as well as to comply with the legal and regulatory requirements that apply to us.
- To take advantage of the human and technical resources of the company, for an adequate management, competitiveness, efficiency and continuous improvement of the quality management system of the company and its processes.
Identify the risks and opportunities that need to be addressed to achieve the expected results, increase the desirable effects and prevent or reduce undesirable effects.
Incorporate climate change considerations into our quality management system, promoting sustainable practices and recycling, and reducing the environmental impact of our operations.
